  • Cost that falls as your volume grows

    The hosting is shared across more of your calls as volume rises, so the per-minute rate can come down with volume. Rates are agreed with you in advance.

  • Protected from model vendor price increases

    The model that answers most turns runs on infrastructure we operate, so a price increase from an AI model vendor does not change what that part of your calls costs. Your rate is set in your agreement and does not follow vendor price changes during the term.

  • Hard turns can still go to a larger model

    Pair it with Expert backup so the turns the small model is unsure about are handed to a larger one.
